The Rules — Simple and Fair

Ten rules. One page. No fine print.

Minimum buy-in is $100. Full license fee must be raised before territory activates.

Your ownership fraction = your investment ÷ total raised. Recalculated on every new buy-in.

Your growth obligation = your ownership fraction × territory target (contractors + homeowners).

90-day performance review. Miss your number: 30-day grace period, then fraction returns to pool.

Exit at any time — you receive your original investment back. No appreciation, no penalty.

Reclaimed fractions are offered to existing holders first, then to the public at $100.

If the territory underperforms overall, it returns to market for a second-pass $500 buyout.

Second pass: closed bid if multiple buyers. Two buyers can split — they name the $100 fractions.

Commission window: 180 days on all contractor zips after you recruit them. Then your zips only.
